"In our case, my wife and I made the brilliant decision to move in the middle of 28 days of straight shift work, with a 4 month old baby, and 2 dogs. The excitement of moving into our new house was quickly extinguished by the timing and work load of the move. Eric & Carrie’s moving crates saved us valuable time and effort searching for a sufficient number of boxes to complete our packing. They arrived clean, and with enough time to fill prior to our moving date. Packing the crates was simple, and unpacking them was just as easy. "It was by accident that we even heard about you. We had just been told that in order to have our new flooring installed our complete condo would have to be stripped because the installers would not move anything. We even had to have the walls stripped of pictures. Then we saw your ad in the newspaper and thought we'd give you a try. I have moved many times in my life before and always used cardboard boxes that I begged and scrounged and raided liquor stores for. In the end I think that they cost me a fortune to get..the amount of gas, the time, the tape, everything. And, of course the boxes were always of different sizes and did not stack neatly, fell apart, and left me with dozens of empty boxes at the end. In the end I always felt like my only solution to my move was to invest in a flame thrower. Then we found your ad in the newspaper!

I am certain that if we hadn't chanced upon you we would still be moving today. The crates were perfect. [Because they are sturdy and fit together things simply did not have to be packed and wrapped solidly. Granted we weren't moving across the country..but even so..the fact that so little wrapping of fragile items was required saved tremendous time and space... crate dollies were even better]. Always allowing us to only handle each crate once. The dollies allowed us to simply sweep things to one side of the apartment when they were full.

And the customer service you supplied was excellent. we, combined have worked for 60+ years in customer service based industries and have a good feel for what customers really want: Apparently you do to.

Nothing we asked for was too much or too much trouble. We even got extra crates at the last minute when we ran out midstream. That plus all the help you gave us estimating our needs and just generally being there for us. Thank you. I hate moving. You, however, made this one of the simplest, almost enjoyable experiences for us. You have a great company and great customer service. I hope you do really well in this business. You deserve to. I would rate you with 5 stars to anyone who is moving (or in our case just emptying the place for reflooring). After having, as I said, worked in the customer service industry for as long as we have (airline and restaurant) we do realized one thing: People often don't say 'thank you" when they should. This is meant to be a really heartfelt "thank you" for you excellent service and even your moral support in always being there for us."

"The reusability was a key factor for sure, but I would say it was also the convenience of not having to by them. Being able to reuse and not seek it out - that's wonderful. It's like a two-for-one coupon.

The obvious idea of sustainability is excellent, plus there were a bunch of other benefits to using them. I loved the fact that if I needed something I could just open up one of the bins and I didn't have to go get a knife and cut a box open.

One of the things that was really interesting was they were stackable and they could be locked together when stacked up, bottom to top. The moving truck showed up and grabbed them on a dolly five at a time. The move was so quick. It took us probably a third of the time."
